空气质量传感器（激光颗粒物传感器）的检测窗口盖板未打开或传感器进气口被遮挡，传感器无法正常采样空气。
常见原因
- 新机运输保护贴纸或塑料膜未从传感器窗口撕除
- 传感器盖板未滑动到打开位置
- 传感器进气口被家具、窗帘或墙面遮挡
- 传感器窗口积聚大量灰尘，激光发射/接收受阻
- 传感器内部风扇故障导致无法吸入空气样本
自助排查
- 检查机身侧面或底部的传感器盖板是否在打开位置
- 确认所有运输保护膜和贴纸已拆除
- 确保净化器四周留有不少于20cm的空隙，传感器进气口未被遮挡
- 用棉签蘸少量酒精清洁传感器窗口（圆形或狭缝开口）
- 如果传感器窗口已清洁且无遮挡，但ERR S仍然存在，传感器组件可能需要更换

Meaning
The air quality sensor (laser particle sensor) detection window cover is not opened, or the sensor intake is obstructed. The sensor cannot properly sample ambient air.
Common Causes
- Shipping protective film or sticker not removed from the sensor window on a new unit
- Sensor cover not slid to the open position
- Sensor air intake blocked by furniture, curtains, or wall placement
- Heavy dust accumulation on the sensor window obstructing laser emission/reception
- Faulty internal sensor fan unable to draw in air samples
Self-Check Steps
- Check that the sensor cover on the side or bottom of the unit is in the open position
- Confirm all shipping protective films and stickers have been removed
- Ensure at least 20 cm clearance around the purifier and the sensor intake is unobstructed
- Clean the sensor window (circular or slot-shaped opening) with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol
- If the sensor window is clean and unobstructed but ERR S persists, the sensor assembly may need replacement
